2021 Midwest Winter Nationals Refund Process:
If you purchased advance tickets, boxseats, or vendors, but cannot make the new dates of February 4-6, 2021 here is the process for a refund.
Please send an email to klint@whatssmokin.net to notify us that you cannot attend the new dates.
Then you will need to mail your tickets back to:
Whatssmokin Promotions 15188 Dendron Street Effingham, IL 62401
Tickets/wristbands MUST be received by Saturday January 23rd so we can process and get your check back to you in the mail.
Advance tickets for the January will be good for the new dates in February.
All livestream purchases for January are good for the February event. If you need a refund, please email whatssmokinlivestream@gmail.com
Pullers, we need you to notify us if you cannot make the new dates by January 23rd. Please email us at klint@whatssmokin.net so we can get your check in the mail asap.
